Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Data Tester to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Perform end-to-end data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across source and target systems.
- Validate data transformations, business rules, mappings, aggregations, and reconciliation processes across data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting platforms.
- Create and execute SQL queries for data profiling, data quality checks, defect analysis, and root-cause investigation.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects while working closely with data engineers, ETL developers, business analysts, and QA teams.




- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for data and analytics applications.
- Validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business intelligence outputs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support test automation, data quality frameworks, and continuous testing practices within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, quality metrics, and test evidence for release readiness.
- Follow enterprise testing standards, governance processes, and best practices to ensure reliable, accurate, and trusted data solutions.
