Project Manager – Job Description
- Lead and manage real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines to ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Oversee in office construction activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress against milestones.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.




- Manage and motivate the project team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
- Coordinate with government authorities for necessary approvals and permits.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

Experience: 8–15 years in Project Management, preferably Real Estate/Construction
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; relevant project management qualification preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
