Roles & Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Plant at reputed Pharma formulation Company in near Pune, will be responsible for Drive and facilitate operation excellence Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean and TPM initiatives.

2. Candidate will be responsible for Monitor, document and communicate equipment and process performance.

3. Candidate will be responsible for Lead continuous-improvement problem solving and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

4. Candidate will be responsible for Develop and improve downtime measurement systems.

5. Candidate will be responsible for Conduct periodic audits of the daily management system.

Preferred candidate profile

1.



Candidate B.Pharam or relevant science bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations.

2. Candidate should have good experience in GMP/Schedule M and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance.

3. Candidate should have good experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Performance Management.

4. Candidate should have good experience in problem solving and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

5. Candidate should have positive experience in Review Change Control, OOS, OOT, Deviations, Rejections and CAPA.
