Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically interested Trainee candidates B.SC and DME Pass out candidates to join our Machine Shop team. The trainee will receive hands-on training in operating and maintaining production machines, following quality standards, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC/VMC/HMC/turning and other machine-shop equipment under supervision.
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Perform loading and unloading of components as per process requirements.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Follow production, quality, safety, and 5S requirements.
- Identify basic machine or process abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.




- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
- Complete production and inspection records accurately.
- Follow PPE and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.
- Learn basic machine setup, tool identification, tool changes, and process parameters as applicable.

Eligibility
- Qualification: B.SC (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics) / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical or related technical discipline.
- Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawing and measurement instruments is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts..
- Valuable attitude toward learning, discipline, teamwork, and safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
