Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google, LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for both our in-house services and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Develop targeting strategies that capture SMEs, startups, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segmentation.
- Work closely with the content & design teams to develop ad creatives that convert.
- Manage lead forms, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Stay updated with platform updates, bidding strategies, and ad policies.
- Report weekly/monthly campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of proven experience in Meta,



Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in using Analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data & optimize campaigns.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with retargeting campaigns & lookalike audiences.
- Understanding of CRM integration with ad platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Certification in Meta Ads / LinkedIn Marketing is a plus.
