URPopular is looking for an Influencer Marketing Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and manage relationships with 1–2 key brand accounts. This is a dual-mandate role suited to someone who can independently drive the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while also ensuring long-term client satisfaction and account growth. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with a genuine understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities for URPopular
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brand clients
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Engage brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and agencies
Understand brand requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions
Independently schedule and lead client meetings
Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations
Manage negotiations and support deal closure
Convert leads into long-term brand partnerships
Client Success & Account Management
Own the relationship for 1–2 assigned brand clients
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Translate client objectives into transparent campaign requirements
Coordinate closely with influencer marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth execution
Share regular updates, performance reports, and campaign insights
Maintain high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling
Strategy & Growth
Stay current on influencer marketing trends and the creator ecosystem
Recommend campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives
Contribute to improving sales processes and overall client experience
Help strengthen URPopular's market presence in influencer marketing
