Develop and execute the leasing strategy for shopping mall projects.

Create an optimal tenant mix to ensure balanced category representation and maximize footfall. Identify suitable brands based on market demand, consumer demographics, and project positioning. Ensure a healthy mix of anchor stores, fashion, electronics, lifestyle, entertainment, food & beverage, wellness, and service brands. 2. Brand Acquisition Acquire and onboard brands across categories, including: Fashion & Apparel Footwear Jewellery Beauty & Cosmetics Electronics & Mobile Furniture & Home Dcor Sports & Fitness Books & Gifts Hypermarkets & Supermarkets Entertainment & Gaming Multiplex Operators Restaurants & Cafs Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Fine Dining Food Court Operators Banks & Financial Services Healthcare & Diagnostics Children's Entertainment Education & Coaching Automobile Display Showrooms Experience Centres Premium Luxury Brands Develop robust relationships with expansion heads, leasing managers, franchise owners, and retail decision-makers. 3.



Corporate Business Development Generate leasing opportunities through direct corporate outreach. Coordinate with retail consultants, IPC firms, franchise consultants, and channel partners. Maintain a database of national, regional, and international brands. Conduct brand presentations, project walkthroughs, and commercial discussions. 4. Leasing Transactions Lead commercial negotiations on rentals, CAM charges, fit-out periods, security deposits, revenue share, lock-in periods, and escalation clauses. Coordinate lease documentation with legal teams and developers. Ensure timely closure of leasing transactions. Facilitate smooth onboarding of tenants until possession and fit-out. 5.
