Recruiter Bulk Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Support offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM freshers only.
- Specialization in HR/Recruitment preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
