Key Responsibilities

Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Develop mechanical parts, assemblies and complete product designs.

Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and detailed component drawings.

Prepare and maintain BOM, part lists and technical documentation.

Modify existing designs based on customer requirements, production feedback and engineering changes.

Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing, assembly and cost-effective production.

Select suitable materials, standard components, fasteners, bearings and other mechanical components.

Apply appropriate dimensions, tolerances, fits and GD&T; wherever required.

Check drawings for accuracy before releasing them for production.

Support prototype development,



testing and design validation.

Resolve design-related issues arising during manufacturing or assembly.

Maintain drawing revisions and design records.

Communicate with vendors/fabricators regarding drawings and manufacturing requirements.

Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction activities.

Visit production/customer sites when required.

Complete design projects within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
