Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the management of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
- Product Management:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions to increase traffic and sales.




- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement:
- Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing initiatives and improved customer service strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills
- E-commerce Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
- D2C Knowledge: Solid understanding of D2C business models and customer acquisition strategies.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
