Role: PHP Developer Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Kolhapur (On-site / Hybrid)

Stipend: Month 1: Unpaid (Training & Evaluation) | Months 2–6: ₹2,000 to ₹5,000/month (Performance-based)

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and problem-solving PHP Developer Intern to join our development team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience building backend logic, integrating databases, working on custom dynamic web applications, and supporting core website development workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Backend Logic & Web Development:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured PHP code for custom website features and backend modules.
- Integrate frontend designs (HTML/CSS/JS) with backend systems and CMS frameworks.
- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic features, custom forms, and admin dashboard utilities.
- Database Management:
- Create, query, and maintain relational databases using MySQL.
- Optimize basic database queries and ensure secure data handling (sanitization, validation, SQL injection prevention).
- APIs & Integrations:




- Assist in consuming and testing third-party APIs (payment gateways, SMS/email gateways, CRM webhooks).
- Build basic RESTful endpoints for AJAX-driven frontend interactions.
- Testing & Maintenance:
- Debug issues, troubleshoot script errors, and fix functional bugs on existing web platforms.
- Assist with local server setups (XAMPP/WAMP) and deployment on live cPanel/hosting servers.

Requirements & Skills
- Solid foundation in core PHP concepts, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and MySQL databases.
- Working knowledge of frontend basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with local development environments (XAMPP/WAMP/Laragon) and basic version control (Git) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of MVC architecture or modern frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving mindset.
