Job description

Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Receive and respond to telephone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence.

Draft, format, proofread, and maintain official letters, notices, reports, and documents.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documents, and record minutes when required.

Maintain confidential files, records, registers, and important documents. Coordinate communication between the Principal’s Office, staff, students, parents, visitors, and external organizations.





Welcome and assist visitors to the Principal’s Office in a qualified manner.

Track incoming and outgoing correspondence and follow up on pending matters.

Prepare reports, presentations, notices, and other administrative materials as requested by the Principal.

Assist with school/college events, inspections, meetings, and official programs.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Maintain office supplies and assist with general office administration.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
