Role: Shift In-Charge

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day production activities during the shift.
- Handle and supervise production team/manpower.
- Ensure production as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
- Maintain production-related documents and records.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor production quality, output and process activities.
- Handle production issues, deviations and breakdowns.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
- Maintain and review BMR, BPR, BCR, logbooks and production records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and equipment compliance.
- Train and guide production operators.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Pharma / Chemical Manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of GMP, SOP, BMR/BPR and production documentation.
- Experience in shift handling and team management.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to deviation, CAPA and validation will be an advantage.
