Kamal Vaishno Dhaba is looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality North Indian, Punjabi, Chinese & other multi-cuisine dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other staff.
- Develop or suggest current dishes and improve the existing menu.
- Maintain portion control and follow standard recipes.




- Work efficiently during busy hours and handle multiple orders.

✅ Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef or similar position.
- Good knowledge of Indian, Punjabi and Chinese cuisine.
- Strong cooking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
