About the Role

We're hiring Biology experts to write and review original, graduate-level problems (with fully worked,



verifiable solutions) used to train and evaluate AI models. Work is self-directed and paid per accepted submission/review. Use of LLMs is strictly forbidden.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) or equivalent professional expertise in Biology or a related life-science field
- Deep expertise in at least one area such as Molecular Biology, Genetics/Genomics, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, or Bioinformatics
- Solid scientific writing — clear, precise, and free of ambiguity
- Comfort working with LaTeX and following a detailed style guide
- Ability to design rigorous, non-guessable problems that don't require external references or code to solve
- Reliable, independent worker who can turn around revisions based on reviewer feedback
