Podcast Intern - ZigMe

Type: Internship [Duration - 6 to 9 months]

ZigMe is building out its podcast, and we need someone to own the coordination end of it making sure episodes actually happen on schedule, guests are lined up, recordings get scheduled, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you're comfortable being in front of the mic, there's also room to host or co-host episodes.

Who we're looking for
- Highly organized, dependable, and positive at following up this role is as much about consistency as creativity
- Interest in podcasting, media, or content creation
- Good communication skills — comfortable reaching out to guests, coordinating schedules, and managing timelines
- Comfortable speaking on camera/mic, or open to trying it (hosting is optional but a plus)
- Bonus: familiarity with recording tools or basic editing coordination

What you'll do




- Own the podcast calendar — plan and track episode schedules so releases stay consistent
- Identify and reach out to potential guests, coordinate availability, and confirm recording slots
- Prep questions/talking points ahead of each episode
- Coordinate with the recording and editing team to ensure sessions happen on time and episodes go out as planned
- Follow up on pending action items (guest confirmations, assets, approvals) to keep things moving
- Optionally host or co-host episodes when needed
- Support publishing and promotion of episodes across platforms
