What youll do:
- Design digital and print marketing communication assets and corporate branding materials based on briefs and brand guidelines.
- Create visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for clients by translating briefs and content into clean, visually engaging designs with explicit structure, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate closely with content marketers, account managers, and project teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of client assets.
- Ensure high standards of visual quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Understand client narratives, campaign objectives, and content goals to support effective visual storytelling across formats.
- Manage multiple client design requirements simultaneously, with sensitivity to task urgency and deadlines.
- Incorporate client and internal feedback constructively and refine designs as required.
- Continuously upskill to stay updated with evolving design tools, trends, and best practices.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,
or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing digital and print marketing communication and corporate branding assets.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides for presentation design.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in print design with a good understanding of print production requirements.
- Keen attention to detail and strong visual accuracy.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs effectively.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design projects, including presentation designs, social media, Paid Media ads and web banners, newsletters, emailers, event/pavilion branding, Figma landing pages, print banners, standees, pavilion wall
