Position: Maintenance Operator

Location: Shad Nager, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packaging machines.

Salary: ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month

Age Limit: 24–34 Years

*Job Description:*

Operate and monitor FFS machines as per production requirements and SOPs.

Perform machine setup, changeover, start-up, and shutdown.

Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related machine issues.

Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, pressure, and tension.

Minimize machine downtime, wastage, and rejection.

Perform basic preventive maintenance and ensure machine efficiency.

Maintain production and machine-related records.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.

Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
