Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Procurement Operations
- Manage day-to-day supply chain and procurement operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Handle complex and high-value procurement transactions in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and fulfilment activities.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, service performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Manage supplier onboarding, vendor master data, catalog creation, and contract compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, quality, cost, and delivery parameters.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
- Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Coordinate with requestors, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams for seamless transaction processing.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, transactional data, and supplier contracts through relevant ERP/SCM platforms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of procurement transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation and regulatory requirements, including GST, withholding tax, and SEZ regulations, wherever applicable.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze process bottlenecks, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
