Deploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solution , Design, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint , Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:
Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Customize and configure SailPoint connectors for various applications.
Design and develop workflows, rules, and custom reports in SailPoint.

Integration and Implementation:
Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications, including HR systems, directories, and other IAM tools.
Support the implementation of SailPoint solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.

Maintenance and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint IdentityIQ.




Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint functionalities.
Perform regular updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand and address their IAM needs.
Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance.

Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to SailPoint configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Provide training and support to other team members and end-users as needed.
