Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing activities. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GMB Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign results, leads, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPL.
- Perform GMB Optimization to improve local visibility.




- Prepare campaign performance reports.

Required Skills
- Google Ads – Must Have
- Meta Ads – Must Have
- GMB Optimization – Must Have
- Lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 is an added advantage.

Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- 1–2 years of relevant Performance Marketing experience.
