Role & responsibilities

Managing end to end collections for the secured / unsecured lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders in the organization.
- You would be responsible to manage customer queries and complaints with an effective redressal mechanism in place.
- You will work closely with bankers and other channel partners to facilitate business growth supporting sales teams.
- Will be responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
- Will be responsible to review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ in-house team.
- Will be required to do regular follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team.




- Has to ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
- Representing the team in meetings and conference call with cluster
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports as well as optimum utilization of resources & system
- Coordinating between departments for any issues amongst the members
- Answering participants questions, as well as question participation to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum one year of team handling experience.

2. Must have knowledge in Retail Loans collections/ contact center
