We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive / HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage exit formalities and employee documentation.

Requirements




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the education/admission consultancy industry will be an advantage.
