JD:
- Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio, plugins, AI Assistant configuration, or similar conversational AI automation platforms.
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM/CSM, Workday APIs/WQL, Nexthink, and related enterprise workflows and integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams/M365, SharePoint/OneDrive/Outlook, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, and RBAC concepts.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, data/analytics pipelines, and scripting using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of LLM/RAG, enterprise search, knowledge grounding, intent classification, AI governance, and prompt/response optimization; relevant certifications are an advantage.
