Architectural Design:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform.
Define and enforce application architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Development and Implementation:

Lead the development team in coding, testing, debugging, and deploying OutSystems applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
Implement best practices for application security, performance, and maintainability.
Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.




Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with business goals.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems and low-code development.
Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and processes.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
