Job Description:

Oizom is seeking a
Business Analyst
to play a critical role in the planning, execution, and optimization of outreach campaigns. This person will be responsible for creating, managing, and innovating outreach funnels, sourcing information, and developing data-driven strategies.

The
Business Analyst
will use tools like
Apollo
and
Clay
for database creation and will manage various automation sequences on
Pardot
or a similar tool to engage prospects efficiently. A key focus will be on generating high-quality leads, ensuring proper lead qualification, and optimizing outreach campaigns for effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze large datasets and create data-driven strategies that improve lead generation and outreach performance.

Experience with Outreach Tools:
Proficient in using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Pardot, or similar for database management, outreach automation, and campaign tracking.

CRM Experience:




Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage leads and track progress through the funnel.

Proven Campaign Management:
Experience designing and executing outreach campaigns with measurable success.

●
Proactive Problem-Solver:
A self-motivated individual with a knack for identifying problems and finding creative, effective solutions.

●
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate with both internal teams and external partners to gather information and convey campaign goals.

●
Collaborative Mindset:
Comfortable working across multiple teams—especially with Sales and Marketing—to align on outreach goals and strategies.

Attention to Detail:
High level of precision when handling data and ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and effectively.
