Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team involved in Demat and Trading Account Opening.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Ensure smooth processing of Demat account opening, activation, and related documentation.
- Guide team members on KYC, CKYC, account opening procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer-related issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Track MIS, productivity reports, pending cases, and turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other departments for smooth account processing.
- Identify process gaps and implement measures to improve team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in the Broking,



Financial Services, or Capital Markets industry.
- Mandatory experience in Demat and Trading Account Opening processes.
- Proven experience in team handling or team management.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, account opening documentation, and compliance processes.
- Good understanding of equity, trading, broking, and financial products.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage targets, productivity, and team performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Stock Broking firms, Wealth Management companies, Financial Institutions, or Capital Market Operations will be preferred.
