Job Title: Telecaller – Expert Onboarding
We are looking for a Telecaller – Expert Onboarding to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential service experts, explaining the onboarding process, assisting them with registration and documentation, and ensuring they successfully complete the onboarding journey.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, be confident speaking with people over the phone, and be willing to build a long-term career with the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing service experts.
- Explain the company, onboarding process, requirements, and training details clearly.
- Follow up with experts to ensure completion of the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, training, and expert activation.
- Address basic queries and concerns raised by experts.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and onboarding targets.
- Build a positive relationship with experts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Marathi is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking to people over the phone for extended periods.
- Good convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with systems/CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Should be patient, confident, and professional while communicating.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, recruitment, onboarding, or operations will be an added advantage.
