Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Relations skilled to lead and manage all IR activities at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong exposure to unionized environments, collective bargaining, Long-Term Settlement (LTS) negotiations, labor law compliance, and liaison with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Industrial Relations activities at the plant.
- Handle trade unions, employee grievances, and industrial disputes.
- Lead collective bargaining and Long-Term Settlement (LTS) negotiations.
- Represent the company before Labour Department, Labour Commissioner, Conciliation Officers,



and other statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and related documentation.
- Maintain a harmonious industrial climate and support uninterrupted plant operations.

Desired Profile
- 8–10 years of relevant IR experience in a manufacturing/plant setup.
- Proven expertise in union handling and LTS negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in dealing with government labor authorities and legal proceedings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
