Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional to support US Compensation & Benefits operations within an HR Shared Services environment. The role involves compensation and perks administration, employee query and case management, data validation, payroll coordination, compliance, reporting, quality control, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling sensitive employee information, working with HR systems such as Workday, managing employee cases, following SOPs and process controls, and delivering accurate and timely outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Process compensation transactions including salary changes, salary component updates, bonus/one-time payment inputs, allowances, and other pay-impacting transactions.
- Manage benefits enrollments, life-event changes, dependent updates, eligibility changes, benefit deductions, and related transactions.
- Validate employee data, approvals, forms, and supporting documentation before processing.




- Maintain accurate employee records across HR and case management systems.
- Support annual compensation cycles, benefit renewals, open enrollment, and related readiness activities.
- Ensure transactions are completed within defined timelines, SLAs, policies, and process controls.

Employee Query & Case Management:
- Handle employee queries and tickets related to compensation, benefits, deductions, enrollments, and pay-impacting changes.
- Investigate cases by reviewing employee records and supporting documentation.
- Own cases from intake through resolution and ensure proper documentation and closure.
- Manage escalated or complex cases involving compensation and benefits issues.
- Identify system issues, policy exceptions, discrepancies, and unresolved cases and escalate them appropriately.
- Ensure timely, accurate, professional, and confidential employee communication.
