Job Role: Water Purifier Service Consultant

Job Description
- Install RO, UV, and UF water purifiers at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of water purifiers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other spare parts as required.
- Test purifier performance after installation and servicing.
- Educate customers about proper product usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit daily service reports.
- Follow company service standards, safety procedures, and technical guidelines.
- Ensure timely and quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate technical assistance.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and service requirements.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome.
- No minimum educational qualification required.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
- Prior experience in water purifier servicing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
