✅ Requirements:

● 2-8 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably at a digital marketing or creative agency (MANDATORY), has worked with multiple industries, specifically D2C brands.

● Successfully scaled D2C brands from lakhs to multi-crore revenue.

● Hands-on experience with key digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. , SEO, Google Analytics and has worked on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce

● Managed Ad spends ranging from 10 Lakhs to 1 Crore.

● Conducted funnel audits and optimised for better conversions

● Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and data visualisation tools

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills





● A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation experience

● Creative strategy for ads

● Understands Media strategy across Meta, Google

● End-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, and execution

● Perform audit & CRO for our clients and internal brands.

● Collaborate with our creative + content teams to make ads that actually convert. ● Co-create decks, pitch strategies, and growth plans with the founder.

● Build, manage, and lead the entire performance marketing team
