Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a robust Salesforce background, hands-on experience with Jira, and exposure to the Manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage and track Agile/Scrum delivery using Jira, including backlog, sprint, velocity, and impediment tracking.
- Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects.
- Remove team impediments and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.
- Track sprint progress, KPIs, velocity, capacity, and release timelines.
- Support backlog refinement, estimation, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud,



Service Cloud, or manufacturing-related Salesforce solutions is preferred.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand manufacturing processes such as supply chain, production, inventory, order management, and customer operations.
- Drive Agile best practices across distributed/cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
- Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience.
- Hands-on Jira experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce project delivery.
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing domain.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore and cross-functional teams.
