Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in the Three-Wheeler Automobile Industry.(

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the three-wheeler segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and dealer engagement.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Train new sales executives and monitor their performance.
