About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the electronics market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and sell the company’s electronic products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Support product promotions, marketing activities, and new product launches.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.




- Provide qualified after-sales support and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the electronics/electrical industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially focused.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
