Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of multiple brands and projects within the organization.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content execution, driving audience growth, coordinating influencer campaigns, supporting event marketing initiatives,



and analyzing campaign performance.

This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, strong execution skills, and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, positioning, and visual communication.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
