DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a skilled Urdu Interpreter to support effective communication between Urdu -speaking clients and English-speaking service providers. The position is based in Chennai and requires a professional who is passionate about facilitating language access in various contexts including medical, legal, and customer service settings.

Requirements

1. The Urdu Language Interpreter is responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Urdu )

2. The Urdu Language Interpreter should adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization

3. The Urdu Language Interpreter is also responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

1. The Urdu Language Interpreters should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & Urdu)

Command over Language with good understanding skills is required

3. The Urdu Language Interpreter should have positive Communication Skills .

4. The Urdu Language candidate should be a good listener

5. Candidates with certification in Urdu Language, Urdu Language trainers, Urdu Language Associate, Customer support Urdu Language will be given high preference

6. Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking Urdu and English Language

7. Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling

8. Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
