Role Overview

LiveAlly is looking for a
Social Media & Creator Coach
to train, guide and support content creators in improving their live streaming skills, confidence, consistency and overall performance.

You will work closely with new creators, conduct training sessions, answer their questions and provide ongoing guidance to help them grow as successful live streamers.

A complete
training syllabus and teaching structure will be provided after joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
5 structured Google Meet training sessions
for creators.
- Conduct both individual and group training sessions.
- Train and guide current creators using the provided syllabus.
- Help creators improve their confidence, communication and audience engagement.
- Guide creators on becoming more consistent and improving their live streaming performance.
- Answer creator questions and help resolve issues they face while streaming.




- Regularly follow up with creators who need additional support.
- Motivate creators and help them work towards better growth and earning opportunities.

Requirements
- iPhone is mandatory.
- Good understanding of social media, content creation and live streaming.
- Experience in
social media, content creation, influencer management, creator management, live streaming, community management, coaching or training
is preferred.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Fluent in
Hindi and English
.
- Confident conducting online training sessions.
- Patient and comfortable working with beginners.
- Organised, proactive and good at following up with people.
- Previous experience as a content creator, live streamer, social media manager, creator manager, influencer manager, trainer or coach would be a strong advantage.
