1. JOB PURPOSE

The HR Generalist supports HR operations and employee experience at plant level. This role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies, processes and programs, enabling Plant HR Head / Cluster HR Head to focus on strategic and IR priorities

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, coordination with hiring managers, interview

scheduling)
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities (documentation, induction planning, orientation sessions) Head HR - Plant HR Generalist
- Maintain database of candidates and onboarding status

2. Training and Development
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Coordinate training programs including scheduling, logistics, and communication with trainers and participants
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual training calendars

3. Employee Engagement




- Drive employee engagement initiatives across departments
- Conduct surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions
- Support planning and execution of employee events and communication campaigns

4. Reward and Recognition
- Support implementation of R&R; programs as per policy
- Coordinate nominations, approvals, and communication of awards
- Track recognition trends and feedback for continuous improvement

5. HR Audits
- Assist in documentation and compliance for internal and external HR audits
- Maintain accurate employee records, training logs, and compliance checklist
- Support closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions

6. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports (hiring status, attrition, training, engagement metrics)
- Ensure timely data entry and updates in HR systems
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting requirements
