We are looking for a
high-impact Business Leader / Growth Professional
who doesn't just generate leads but
builds businesses, acquires clients, creates revenue engines and owns a portfolio end-to-end.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone with
10+ years of strong B2B experience
who can independently identify markets, open strategic accounts, win current clients, build long-term relationships and lead a team to deliver sustainable business growth.

The Mandate :

You will take ownership of a business portfolio from
market identification and client acquisition to revenue growth, team leadership and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

? New Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across relevant industries.
- Build and execute a strong B2B client acquisition strategy.
- Develop CXO-level relationships and open doors with decision-makers.
- Drive the complete sales cycle , prospecting, lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures.




- Build a sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities.

? Business & Revenue Growth
- Own revenue targets and develop strategies to consistently achieve and exceed them.
- Convert new accounts into long-term strategic relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
- Build a healthy mix of new logos and recurring business.
- Develop new markets, industry segments and service opportunities.

? Portfolio Ownership
- Build and independently manage a portfolio of acquired clients.
- Act as the strategic relationship owner for key accounts.
- Understand client business challenges and position appropriate solutions.
- Increase client wallet share and lifetime value.
- Ensure strong client retention and long-term account growth.

? P&L; & Commercial Ownership
- Take ownership of the commercial performance of the portfolio.
- Monitor revenue, margins, profitability and business costs.
