About the Role

Sahajseva is looking for an AI Video Creator to turn provided scripts into polished marketing and educational videos using AI video generation tools, text-to-speech, and captioning — end to end, script to final export.

Responsibilities
- Convert provided scripts into engaging videos using AI video generation tools (Google Labs/Veo, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar)
- Generate natural-sounding voiceovers using text-to-speech tools (Sarvam AI preferred; ElevenLabs, Murf, PlayHT also fine), matching tone to script and audience
- Add accurate, well-timed captions/subtitles for all videos




- Select or generate visuals, b-roll, and scenes that match script intent
- Edit and assemble final videos with transitions, pacing, and basic motion graphics
- Optimize output for different formats (Reels/Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Maintain consistency in voice, style, and branding across videos
- Manage quick turnarounds across multiple script-to-video projects
- Organize and maintain an asset library (scripts, voice clips, video exports)

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools — Google Labs (Veo/Flow) preferred; Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID also welcome
- Experience with text-to-speech tools — Sarvam AI preferred (especially for Indian languages/accents); ElevenLabs, Murf, PlayHT also fine
- Proficiency in captioning/subtitle tools and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
