We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Field Executive to oversee and support facility management operations in and around kancheepuram and oragadam. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with clients and staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit client sites regularly to monitor facility operations

* Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff

* Ensure proper deployment and attendance of manpower

* Conduct routine inspections to maintain service quality standards

* Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution

* Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service requirements

* Maintain records of site activities, reports, and compliance documents





* Ensure adherence to safety and company policies at all sites

* Submit daily/weekly reports to the Operations Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of facility management operations

* Ability to handle multiple sites and tasks efficiently

* Familiarity with MS Office / mobile reporting tools

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
