A publicly listed, 40+ year-old brand with a product portfolio spanning water purifiers (Aquaguard), air purifiers and vacuum cleaners — and one of the widest after-sales service networks in the country.

The Opportunity

We're building a dedicated Spare Parts Distribution (SPD) network for Aquaguard - making genuine spares like filter kits and RO membranes easily available in the open market, not just through service centers. As Territory Head, you'll take complete ownership of this business in your territory: identifying and scaling distributors and retail counters so customers and technicians can access the right parts,



quickly and locally. It's a high-potential business with a projected market opportunity of 1,000 Cr.

What You'll Do
- Individual Contributor (IC) role: complete ownership of driving SPD business in the assigned territory.
- SPD Development: Identify, onboard and scale large Spare Parts Distributors (SPD) across your territory.
- Revenue Ownership: Own and grow spares revenue across both primary and secondary sales.
- Retail Activation: Drive sell-out at retail counters through incentive programs and visibility drives.
- Technician Engagement: Build strong relationships with service technicians, keeping them engaged with products, schemes and incentive programs.
- Market Development: Execute BTL campaigns that create real customer pull at retail points.
