Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced EXIM professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Customs Duty Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, Deemed Drawback, RoDTEP, DGFT, ICEGATE, export documentation and export incentive compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for independently handling export incentive claims, regulatory documentation, reconciliation, government coordination and ensuring timely realization of eligible export benefits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Duty Drawback & Export Incentives
- Manage end-to-end Customs Duty Drawback claims, including documentation, filing, follow-up and realization.
- Handle Brand Rate Drawback applications, supporting documentation and coordination with relevant authorities.




- Manage Deemed Drawback claims and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
- Review export transactions to identify eligibility for applicable export incentives.
- Track pending claims and ensure timely realization of perks.
- Resolve discrepancies, queries and objections related to drawback and incentive claims.

2. RoDTEP & Export Benefit Schemes
- Handle RoDTEP claims and related documentation.
- Verify eligibility, rates, export data and supporting documents.
- Monitor realization of export incentives and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data/documentation gaps.
- Keep track of changes in export incentive schemes and applicable government notifications.

3. DGFT Operations & Compliance
- Handle DGFT-related authorizations, applications and compliances.
- Work on export benefits and authorizations under the prevailing Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
- Coordinate for applications, amend
