TESCRA is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across our IT Services and Digital Engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise sales, lead generation, account management, and client relationship building within the IT services ecosystem. This role requires a proactive professional capable of supporting the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to client engagement and successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities across enterprise and technology accounts.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure.

Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and align TESCRA’s service offerings to business needs.

Present TESCRA capabilities in Digital Engineering, Application Development,



Cloud Services, Data Analytics, and Emerging Technologies.

Collaborate closely with delivery, solution architecture, and marketing teams.

Coordinate with presales teams for presentations, proposals, and capability discussions.

Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline tracking.

Represent TESCRA during client meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.

Educational Qualifications

MBA degree

Must-Have Skills

5 - 10 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.

Exposure to GCC (Global Capability Center), enterprise clients, or IT services ecosystem.

Expertise in lead generation, account management, or enterprise sales support.

Solid pipeline generation capability.

Understanding of Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data Analytics, Application Development, or Emerging Technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
