We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, follow up with existing customers, and help increase workshop bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding car servicing, washing, painting, accessories, insurance claims, and other services.
- Generate new leads through telephone calls and customer follow-ups.
- Explain OVO Motors' services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Schedule service and workshop appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers who have shown interest.
- Contact previous customers for repeat service and maintenance requirements.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Maintain customer information, call records, leads, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the workshop/service team regarding customer appointments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and booking targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.




- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp is preferred.
- Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or automotive experience will be an advantage.
- Must be polite, disciplined, energetic, and target-oriented.
