Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of process equipment, including autoclaves, compounding machines, filling machines, injectable machines, lyophilizers, sealing machines, vial washing machines, and vial filling machines.
- Perform breakdown maintenance tasks to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and extend lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any defects or anomalies.
