About the Role

We are looking for** Business Development Associates (BDA)** to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate should be confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients.

English communication is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, messages, email, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce our services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client communication and onboarding.

Requirements
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.
