About the Role

As an Academic Advisor, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their academic and professional backgrounds, identify their career and educational objectives, and guide them towards suitable programs.

This is a
consultative academic counselling and sales role
. The ideal candidate should be able to build trust,



communicate professionally with US-based professionals, and manage the complete journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners from the United States through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Understand the candidate's academic background, skilled experience, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about our
MBA and Doctorate programs
.
- Explain program structure, eligibility, duration, learning format, admission process, and other approved details.
- Counsel candidates based on their individual academic and professional requirements.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective learners.
- Guide qualified candidates through the application and documentation process.
