About TACTICS HEALTHCARE

TACTICS HEALTHCARE is a growing healthcare management company offering innovative healthcare solutions, hospital management services, and healthcare membership products including Tactics Health Cards.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to expand our Health Card business and develop recent corporate, association, community, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tactics Health Cards.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and direct marketing.
- Approach corporate companies, associations, communities, institutions, and other potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Present and explain Tactics Health Card benefits and membership plans to prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly business targets.




- Develop new market areas and identify potential customer segments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.
- Maintain daily activity, lead, and sales reports.
- Work towards achieving individual and team business development targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Experience in sales, business development, insurance, healthcare, banking, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
